The TMG consultant quickly familiarized himself with the sometimes complex technical issues and prioritized, prepared, monitored and recorded the tasks in close cooperation with our customer and the internal ATMO team. In particular, planning (and partially rescheduling) the windows for servicing the systems with all trades and experts was a challenge, since the assembly line had to be restarted on time. He introduced an excellent system for tracking open items, thus ensuring sufficient transparency both internally and at the customer's premises.

In 2018, a new version was to be brought to series production maturity within a tight time frame. Ultimately, the target was achieved in just 5 months. A key element in this process was the organization of the project as an agile task force. At the outset, no internal experience with this methodology existed, so TMG was called in as a consultant.
